DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR GNM 

1. Four attested photocopies of Matriculation Certificates.
2. Four attested photocopies of 10+2 Certificate.
3. Two attested photocopies of character certificate from the Principal of the school attended last.
4. Two attested photocopies of the SC / BC certificate if applicable.
5. Four passport size photographs.
6. Recent medical report of fitness by an M.B.B.S. doctor on Govt. Service.

Note:

Candidate will be required to deposit registration fee Rs. 10000/- cash for each course by D.D in favour of Principal, Holy Nursing School Singhewala, Tehsil Malout, Distt. Sri Muktsar Sahib at the time of submitting the application form.

Selection Criteria:

Applicants should be between 17-30 years of age according to INC rules. Selection will be purely on a merit basis. Candidates will be allowed to join training only if found physically & mentally fit.

Minimum qualification is 10+2 with 40% marks & SC/ST 35% marks. Science students will be preferred.

Interview:

Only eligible candidates will be called for an interview on the 30th of September every year. The Institute will not pay any traveling or lodging charges to the candidates.

The selected candidates will be required to deposit the admission fee and tuition fee of one quarter immediately after the interview.

Fees:

The fee structure will be according to the direction of the Govt. of Punjab
