Fees and Depositions

1. Admission & quarter tuition fees , hostel fees are paid in advance and are not refundable in full or part on any account what so ever.
2. Fees are accepted in Cash or Bank Draft in favour of Principal , HNS Singhewala payable at Killianwali .Outside cheques will be entertained for net amount after deducting bank charges .
3. Students are responsible to pay the examination fees, & conveyance charges to & form examination centre.
4. Monthly payable fees should be paid before the 10th of each month. The late depositors will have to pay a fine of Rs. 25 per day.
5. Quarterly payable fees should be paid before the 10th of first month of quarter . The late depositors will have to pay a fine of Rs. 25 per day.
6. Students will also bear the expenses if sent for learning experiences to other teaching centre.
7. The student will have to pay all field training charges if imposed by the Hospital Authorities / Govt. of Punjab .

Discipline in School , Clinical Area and Class Rooms

1. All the students must be punctual in classroom & clinical area, In case of sickness apply for leave before the class / duty time.
2. Students will have P.T.S. exam after 3 months, which must be cleared, otherwise student may be sent home.
3. Students are not allowed to have visitors in the clinical area.
4. Discipline of institute is to be observed strictly . For creating indiscipline , a student may be fined or expelled from institute .
5. Students are not allowed to use harsh , abusive , filthy and insulting language with any one or with each other . Found guilty will be punished and dealt with strictly .
6. No student is allowed to remain absent from institute / individual class for a week continuously otherwise his/ her name will be struck off from rolls .Readmission can only be made on proper reasoning and strictly at sole description of Principal HNS .
7. During clinical training , Hospital In-charge , Ward In charges, Instructors will have the authority to take any disciplinary action against guilty student .
8. Intimacy with the opposite sex beyond normal limits in the campus / hospitals / hostel & outside will be viewed seriously, which if not stopped may result in termination from institute .
9. Students are forbidden to accept gifts in kind or monitory from the patients or their relatives on clinical training duties .
10. Students are not allowed to take part in political activities of any kind directly or indirectly .
11. Students will not be allowed to entertain their parents / relatives/ friends or visitors during their study or duty hours.
12. Students are not allowed to paste any notice / poster etc. within institute and are also forbidden to deal with outsiders directly. Student infringing the same will be suspended.
13. Every student will observe the timings and time table of institute and hostel .
14. The institute is not responsible for debts incurred by student or any loan taken by him/her .
15. Students must pay for all damages caused by them to library books , Lab articles or any other property of institute / hostel .
16. It will be the duty of the student to complete all documents , certificates demanded by the institute /PNRC/INC /Punjab Govt. at any time during the course .
17. Students are strictly forbidden to possess any of the following in the institute / hostel
• The firearms or any lethal weapons
• Any addictive or hallucinogenic (mind bending ) drugs
• The books / journals of excite basis
18. Students whose progress and conduct is not up to mark will not be allowed to appear in the examination .
19. Students must take active part in extra curricular activities / games .

ATTENDENCE and LEAVES

1. Minimum 75% attendance are compulsory for theory as well as clinical training , students not having even minimum attendance shall not be allowed to sit in final examination .
2. Only 10 days sick leave is granted if medical Certificate of MBBS doctor of the Govt. dispensary of hospital is produced. Excess days of leave will be deducted from the annual vacation & if required he/ she will have to make up days by doing extra duties.
3. Leave application shall be submitted through parents/ guardians before proceeding on leave to class in charge .
4. Request for leave on telephone or through telegram will not be accepted, parents should come to discuss the matter personally or else send a letter duly signed by parents through some relatives.( It is for the safety & security of the students).

Uniform:

1. All the students will be required to wear approved uniform while on duty and in the classroom .

Books

1. Textbooks prescribed by the School authorities will be made available to the students on payment of current cost in tuck shop of school .

Vacation:

1. Vacation will be given according to the rules of the Indian Nursing Council at the time when it does not interfere with school programme. If any student does not return from vacation on time, will be disciplined by imposing fine, cutting days off or both.

GENERAL

1. Students will not be allowed to appear in any Board or University examination during the course period .
2. The School will not be responsible for any delay or postponement of the final exams conducted by PNRC.
3. Principal /Management reserves the right to change the time table at any time
4. House Exams / tests are compulsory as they contribute to the internal assessment of the students .
5. After successful completion of course , the institute does not guarantee any employment . However the certificate awarded to them will make them eligible for employment .
