Hostel Wings

Separate boys and girls wings of hostel with all the modern amenities have been designed to provide students all modern facilities.

Rooms

Each hostel room is meant for two students which are equipped with two beds , two study tables and chairs , separate compartments of cup board . Rooms are quite airy and sufficient lighting is available . Rooms are as per demand of students i,e fan cooled , air cooled , air conditioned.

Dining Hall

The Dinning Hall is the venue for day-to-day dining and for regular formal dinners. Meals are carefully planned by expert dieticians who maintain a proper nutritious diet for the growing child. Purified drinking water of R.O. as per WHO standards , juice, fresh fruits and vegetables are served. There is a special menu planned for each day of the week and the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained by the school staff.

Safety & Security

Safety and security of students residing in the hostel is the utmost priority of hostel authorities who owe it very well. Special day and night guards round the clock have been provided for security and safety of hostlers .

Hostel Rules
  1. A student should occupy the bed assigned to him/ her in hostel .
  2. Only authorized relatives whose names & photographs are present on the admission form will be allowed to visit on Sunday after obtaining permission from the warden, no student will entertain the visitors of other students.
  3. No student shall keep an unauthorized person in his /her room . If a student is found to have a person in his /her room , he / she will be expelled from the hostel as well as from institute .
  4. All students should keep their rooms clean & tidy . He/ she will be responsible for any damage caused by him / her to room , furniture and property of hostel.
  5. The main gate of the hostel will be closed at 6.30 pm in winter ( 16th Oct. to 15th April ) and 8.0 pm in summers ( 16th April to 15th October ) .
  6. Electric stoves , room heaters or any other electrical appliances are not allowed in hostel rooms .
  7. Students must pay their mess dues by 7th of every month failing which food stuff will not be served to the defaulters.
  8. No visitors will be allowed in hostel rooms . Only permitted visitors can meet a student in meeting room / common room .
  9. All lights / fans /cooler / AC must be switched off while leaving the room otherwise fine of Rs. 10/ 25/50/100 will be levied respectively for the item found on .
  10. No hostel servant / mess staff be sent outside school premises without prior permission of warden .
  11. Students are advised not to keep the valuables & jewelry or heavy cash in hostel rooms . The institution will not be responsible for the loss of money , valuables or jewelry etc.
  12. Students are not allowed to have any kind of medicines or drugs in the hostel without permission.
  13. Visitors are allowed on Sunday between 9.0 am to 5 pm .
  14. Music at high volume or any type of noise inside hostel not permitted in any case .
  15. Nursing Students on night duty will not be allowed to go out. They must sleep in the sleeping room from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  16. Food will be served in the mess during the meal hours. Before & after meals hours entrance in the mess will be prohibited.
  17. No body will be allowed to take food to the room.
  18. Cooking & use of hot plates & heaters in the room is not permissible
  19. Students falling sick should report to the warden immediately
  20. No student will leave the hostel without written permission of warden / principal. After obtaining permission , they must sign the register when leaving & entering the hostel.
  21. Wearing skin tight and short dresses is strictly prohibited.

Accommodation will be provide in the hostel by the warden & all students will have to follow the rules & regulations of the hostel.

Discipline

The students will be fined or expelled from Hostel /Institute without prior notice / intimation if found guilty of

  1. Disobedience shown towards rules and regulations of hostel / institute
  2. Serious misconduct
  3. Not performing duties in wards during clinical training
  4. Taking part directly or indirectly in any uncalled for activities or disturbance created in the institute or staging a strike .
  5. Taking directly or indirectly active part in any political activity .
