The Institution will help the nurses completing the course to be able to :

1. Demonstrate awareness of and skill in the Nursing process in the provision of health care and Nursing of patient .They will be competent to
1. Assess the nursing needs of individuals .families and communities throughout life from birth to death .
2. Plan appropriate action to meet their needs through competent safe nursing care .
3. Take appropriate action to help people retain or sustain their best possible level of health in all its aspects.
4. Work with other members of the health team and community in promotion of health , prevention of illness , restoration of health and rehabilitation .
5. Evaluate effectiveness of nursing and health care activities.
   
   
2. Apply relevant knowledge from humanities , biological and behavioral science in carrying out health care and nursing activities and functions .
3. Gain knowledge of health resources in the community and the country
4. Show sensitivity and skill in human relationships and communication in his / her daily work
5. Demonstrate skill in the use of problem solving methods in nursing practice
6. Demonstrate awareness of the necessity of belonging to professional organization
7. Demonstrate leadership skills in working with health team , community and others in the provision of health care
8. Demonstrate understanding of and commitment of professional behavior
9. Demonstrate ability in self awareness , self evaluation in personal and professional life
